TheMediaAmbassador, as he's widely known, is a tech expert, author, scholar, creative & content writer, media strategist, policy analyst, blogger, public speaker and rights activist.
He maintains columns in various national dailies in Nigeria, for countless years now. He also regularly writes for the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN). He's a media guru that has, since over two decades till date, been actively present in all segments in the media industry - including electronic, print & digital. He's the Founder & Convener of Right Thinkers Movement (RITMO), Nigeria, a pro-democracy & good governance initiative targeted to usher in the needed change & transformation in the leadership system on the African continent.
Fred Nwaozor is a chartered engineer by profession. Academically, he obtained his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech. Hons.) in Industrial Physics/Electronics from the prestigious Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), and later bagged Master of Engineering (M.Eng) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, also from FUTO, before proceeding for his doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Telecommunications Engineering. He's a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Being a full-time researcher and educator in the academia, he's a regular contributor and peer reviewer for various internationally-recognized engineering journals. As a Telecom Engineer, his prime interest in research lies in IoT, Data security, wireless networks, Smart city, and AI.
His hobbies include reading, travelling, swimming, solving mathematical problems, listening to music, as well as playing table tennis, scrabble, and snooker.
